Their role is as follows -
- To advise the client on the building parameters of the land and what exactly can be built.
- Responsible for obtaining the planning permission.
- Provide all technical information and drawings relevant to the planning process.
- To do interval checks on the project and take samples of concrete and steel etc.
- To sign off the completed construction and to confirm that all regulations have been adhered to.
- To aid the client in receiving full connectivity by from electricity company.
Architect:
Their role is as follows –
- To design the villa and set an overall theme for the property.
- Swimming pool design.
- To cover all detailed design and room layouts.
- Lighting and furniture suggestions.
- Electrical and plumbing plans.
- Regular site visits and liaising with the client.
Landscape Gardener:
Their role is as follows -
- Garden and terrace design.
- Planting plan and schedule

Accountant:

- Paying all the workers National Insurance (IKA)
